No one else appeared for or against the petition and Mayor Brunette declared the <br />public hearing closed. Ordinance No. 2.374 <br />"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE <br />DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 1A, CITY BLOCK 112F, ON PROPERTY BELONGING <br />TO CHARLES R. McEWIN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORM- <br />ERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND <br />DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT <br />(NS) SO ESTABLISHED." <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman <br />Wunsch for the adoption of the ordinance. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Brunette declared the public hearing open on the petition of W. M. House <br />for a change in zoning from a One Family Dwelling District No. 2 to a Multi Family <br />Dwelling District No. 1 on Lots 2, 3 and 9, City Block 257 located on the south <br />side of East Cherry Street approximately 200 feet east of 21st N.E. <br />Mr. House was present and presented a site plan for a townhouse type apartment <br />development along with photographs depicting proposed construction. He stated <br />that a drainage ditch through the property would be improved in accordance with the <br />City of Paris drainage plan. <br />No one else appeared for or against the petition and Mayor Brunette declared the <br />public hearing closed. Ordinance. No. 2375 <br />"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710.OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING <br />MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br />NO. 1 (MV-1) ON LOTS 2, 3 AND 9, CITY BLOCK 251,,CN PROPERTY BELONG- <br />ING TO W. M. HOUSE, JR. AND BETTY J. HOUSE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE- FA14ILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 <br />(SF -2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE- FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF =1) SO ESTABLISHED." <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman <br />Wunsch for the adoption of the ordinance. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Brunette declared the public hearing open on the petition of Ben Caudle for <br />a change in zoning from a Two Family Dwelling District to Neighborhood Service <br />District on the north half of Lot 13, Block 4, Poland Addition located at 620 <br />17th Street S. E. <br />Mr. Caudle was present and stated the purpose of the request was in order to <br />operate a small beauty shop at this location. <br />No one else appeared for or against the petition and Mayor Brunette declared the <br />public hearing closed. Ordinance No. 2376 <br />"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING <br />MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) <br />ON A PART OF LOT 13, BLOCK 4, POLAND ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING <br />TO BEN CAUDLE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED <br />AS A TWO - FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUND <br />ARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED." <br />was presented.
