C. 20590 <br />Page 1 of 2 Pages <br />Contract No. DOT FA 77 SW -8182 <br />Cox Field Airport <br />Paris, Texas <br />AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO GRANT AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NO. 6- 48- 0169 -04 <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration (hereinafter referred to as <br />the "FAA ")-has determined it to be in the interest of the United States <br />that the Grant Agreement between.the FAA, acting for and on behalf of the <br />United States, and the City of Paris (hereinafter referred to as-the. <br />"Sponsor"), accepted by said Sponsor on the 29th day of March,' 1977, be <br />amended as hereinafter provided. <br />N014 THEREFORE, WITNESSETH <br />That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the <br />FAA on behalf of the United States, on the one part, and the Sponsor, on <br />the other part, do hereby mutually agree that the work description of the <br />said Grant Agreement is revised to read as follows: <br />Phase 2 of: "Overlay and mark Runway 17=-35 (6,000' X 150')"; <br />expand apron (approx. 6,100 s.y.); overlay T- hangar taxiway. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment to <br />said Grant Agreement to be duly executed as of the 25th day of September, 1978. <br />UNITED STATES` OF AMERICA <br />FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION <br />Title Chief, Pro rams Branch <br />(SEAL) Ciq of Paris <br />By <br />Title City Manager <br />Attest: <br />Title City Clerk <br />
