RESOLUTION NO. 1897 . <br />WHEREAS, the City ' Council of the City of Paris -did heretofore <br />in Resolution No. 1861 approve and authorize execution of <br />Supplemental Agreement No. 1 for Water Storage Space in Pat Mayse <br />Lake; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Department of the Army has required that said <br />Supplemental Agreement No. 1 be changed in accordance with <br />Exhibit A attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to Contract No. <br />DA -34 -066- CIVENG -65 -1272, as changed by Exhibit A attached <br />hereto, be, and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor of the <br />City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, is hereby authorized and directed <br />to initial copies of said Exhibit A, adjacent to ITEM 6 thereon, so <br />that the same may be affixed to executed copies of said <br />Supplemental Agreement No. 1. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of October,. 1978. <br />,t Michael E.
