City Manager Sokoll advised the Council of the need for setting a Special <br />meeting to received a drainage report from the engineering firm of Lockwood, --- <br />Andrews, and Newnam, Inc. Mayor Malone called for a special meeting on <br />October 23, 1978, 5:30 P.M. to receive the report. <br />'Mayor Malone announced that the City Council would go into executive session <br />and the regular session was declared closed and the executive session opened. <br />City Attorney lia3nnes discussed claims against the City with the Council. <br />Mayor Malone declared the executive session closed and the regular session <br />open. <br />Mayor Malone announced that no action was necessary concerning items taken <br />up in the executive session. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />MICHAEL E.
