A motion was made by Councilman Wunsch, seconded by Councilman Philley to deny the Ordinance. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. Denman for a change in zoning.fron a Commercial District (C) to a Commercial District (C) and Specific Use Permit- Gasoline Service Station (48) on Lot 11, Block 8, Town North Estates Part 2 located on the southwest corner of Loop 286 N.E. and 29th N.E. Mr. Denman was present stating the property had been sold to the Local Exxon dealer, Norman Montgomery, who proposed to construct a self service station and convenience store on the site. There was no one else present to speak for or against the petition and Mayor Brunette declared the public hearing closed. City Manager Greene presented a Replat of Lots 16, 17 and 18, Block U, Tanglewood Addition No. 8 and recommended approval. A motion for approval was made by Councilman Wunsch and seconded by Councilman fisher. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nay's.
