The future city limit lines of the City of Reno be <br />established and agreed to by the City Council's of <br />both cities. <br />The motion carried 6 ayes, 1 nay. Councilman Philley voting nay. <br />sir. Webb Biard, attorney, appeared before the Council in behalf of Bob <br />Bonner to appeal the building official's decision to deny a building <br />permit at 3320 M. E. Loop 286. ;qtr. Biard advised the Council that an <br />addition to an exsisting building had been started iftithout permit and <br />had been stopped by City officials, and also the building permit was <br />refused due to the lack of water and sewer services at 3320 N. E. <br />Loop 236. Mr. Bob Bonner appeared before the Council stating that he <br />had purchased the building some years ago not knowing that water and <br />seater was not connected to the building. Mr. Bonner requested an <br />emergency building permit now with water and sewer service to be <br />installed later. Mr. Bonner stated that the addition to the building <br />was to be a proposed warehouse. <br />After discussion a motion was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded by <br />Councilman Fisher to issue a building permit for the addition at 3320 <br />N. E. Loop 285, and that Mr. Bonner be required to comply with the <br />Ordinance in one year, and that a bond of $3,000. be provided as <br />assurance for the utility construction. Motion carried 6 ayes, 1 nay. <br />Councilman Philley voting nay. <br />Further discussion was had concerning the ownership of property be- <br />tween the existing water line and the property at 3320 N. E. Loop 286. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Farris, seconded by Councilman Wunsch <br />providing for the refund of an amount paid for water service on a pro <br />rated basis for properties tying on to the lines provided by Plr. Bob <br />Bonner. Notion carried 7 ayes, no nays. <br />
