NORA J. FORD, <br />SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE - FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF -2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br />NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED." <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Wunsch and seconded by Councilman <br />Burnett adopting the Ordinance. The vote showed 1 aye, 6 nays and the ordinance failed. <br />City Manager Sokoll presented the final plat of Dorchester Place No. 2 which was <br />recommended by the Planning and. Zoning Commission for approval subject to exceptions <br />listed in the Director of Public Works memorandum dated May 1, 1978. Motion was <br />made by Councilman Farris and seconded by Councilman Wunsch for approval of the <br />Final plat subject to the exceptions made by the Director of Public Works. Motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Manager Sokoll presented the final plat of Morningside Estates No. 8 which was <br />recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission subject to the exceptions of the <br />Director of Public Works noted in his memorandum dated May 1, 1978. <br />A motion was made by Mayor Malone, seconded by Councilman Wunsch to approve the <br />final plat subject to the exceptions listed by the Director of Public Works. Motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
