P 173 <br />3 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1654 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris has by force account heretofore <br />constructed waste water facilities to serve Jefferson Heights Addition, <br />3300 Block of N. E. Loop 236, 1000 and 1100 Blocks of 34th Street, <br />N. E., _ Old Bonham Road, 25th Street, S. W. and West Brame Street, <br />Loop 236 S. - W. to West Sherman Street, 34th Street, S. W. and West <br />Kaufman Street, 12th Street, N. E. from Clement Road South to Hickory <br />Street; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris is eligible for reimbursement <br />under Section 206 of Public Law 92-500 of 507 of $30,930.75, which <br />represents the construction, engineering and administration costs of <br />said projects, and it is to the best interest of the City of Paris to <br />procure such grant; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That an application be made under Section 206 of Public Law <br />92-500 for reimbursement for 50°70 of the construction, engineering and <br />administration costs of waste water facilities' projects enumerated <br />above, which reimbursement is estimated at $15,465.37. <br />2. That K. R. Sweatt, City Manager of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, is hereby authorized and directed to execute .and to file <br />such application for grant and assurance of compliance with all the <br />requirements of said grant, to provide such information and to furnish <br />_ such documents as may be required to receive said grant and to act as <br />the authorized correspondent and representative for the accomplishment <br />of the grant application. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of December, 1974. <br />�.� . it .r �L...:,... ` �'' '�►,;�► �' <br />M run <br />1 <br />ATTEST: <br />�l <br />H.
