Block 258A from a One- Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Multi- <br />Family District. No. 2 (MF -2). Mr. A. W. Clem spoke for the petition stating <br />that the zoning was needed to build an addition to the existing Cherry <br />Street Manor Nursing Home. The property in question is part of the Greb <br />residence lot which faces 20th N.E. and is immediately north of the exiling <br />nursing home. The Planning and Zoning Commission had recommended approval <br />of the zoning request subject to a replat being filed to separate the Greb <br />residence property from the nursing home property and that the two nursing <br />home units be connected by a covered walkway to aualify it as one building. <br />A site plan indicating drives, buiTding-location, any drainage, .etc. was to <br />be presented upon request for a building permit. Mr. Clem stated that Mr. <br />Greb was agreeable to meeting these requirements and would so do. There <br />was no one.else present in the audience either for or against the proposed <br />zoning amendment and Mayor Brunette declared the public hearing closed. <br />Ordinance 2216: <br />"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, PARIS; TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br />THE ZONING'MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (MF -2) ON A PART OF LOT a, CITY BLOCK <br />258A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHARLES GREB, INC., SO AS*TO INCLUDE <br />THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE- FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF -2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br />MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (MF -2) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Hutchison and seconded by <br />Councilman Whitaker for approval-of the ordinance with the Planning and <br />Zoning Commissions recommendations. Motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Brunette declared the public hearing open on the petition of Mrs. Mildred <br />Binnion to re -zone Lots 10, 10A, and 11, City Block 117 from a Multi <br />Family Dwelling District No. 1 (MF -1) to a General Retail District restricted <br />to a Specific Use Permit Mobile Home Park. Mrs. Binnion presented a plan <br />calling for ten mobile home spaces for this property which is located on <br />Woodlawn Street. She stated that she had a licensed mobile home park <br />adjacent to this property on Austin Street and would like her .license extend -. <br />ed to cover this property on Woodlawn, and was aware that all requirements <br />of the Mobile Home Ordinance would have to be complied with for this property. <br />With no one else appearing to speak on the petition, Mayor Brunette declared <br />the public hearing closed. <br />Ordinance 2217: <br />"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT <br />(GR), SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, TRAILER CAMP OR MOBILE HOME PARK (39), <br />ON LOTS 10, 10A and 11, CITY BLOCK 117, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br />MILDRED BINNION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIG- <br />NATED AS A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF -1); AND <br />DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), <br />SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, TRAILER CAMP OR MOBILE HOME PARK (39), SO <br />ESTABLISHED." <br />
