-256 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1664 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore <br />advertise for bids in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas <br />and the Charter of the City of Paris for a city depository for the period <br />from March 1, 1975 through February 28, 1977, which bids were- received <br />until 7:00 o'clock P. M. , Monday, February 10, 1975; and, <br />WHEREAS, the best bid for city depository was made by Tice - <br />Liberty National Bank in Paris, and it should be awarded the contract for <br />such depository; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the bid of The Liberty National Bank in Paris, to act as <br />city depository from March 1, 1975 through February 28, 1977, is hereby <br />accepted and let; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER <br />Paris, James M. Brunette, <br />to execute on behalf of the <br />National Bank in Paris, to o <br />the terms and conditions <br />as Exhibit A. <br />RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of <br />be, and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />City of Paris the contract with The Liberty. <br />ct as depository for the City of Paris upon <br />et out in that institution's bid attached hereto <br />Passed and. adopted this 17th day of February, 1975. <br />H.` C. -Gretfne, City Clerk <br />APP OVED O FORM: <br />T.
