E., first Block of Clarksville and its intersection with South Main Street, and <br />North Main at its intersection with Price Street. The motion carried: 7 ayes, 0. <br />nays. <br />Resolution No. 1762, appointing Lee C. Pruitt as a member of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for a term of three years, beginning July 12, 1976, was presented. A mo- <br />tion was made by Councilman Hinds and seconded by Councilman Williams for the adop- <br />tion of the resolution. The motion carried: 6 ayes, 1 nay, Councilman Philley <br />voting nay. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1762 . <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris and it is <br />necessary to appoint an additional member, and the Mayor of the <br />City of Paris, James M. Brunette, having appointed Lee C. Pruitt <br />to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of <br />Paris for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 12, 1976 and <br />ending June 30, 1979, and has submitted the name of such person <br />to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, That the appointment of Lee C. Pruitt, as a member of <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, for a <br />term of three (3) years, beginning July 12, 1976 and ending June 30, <br />1979, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved <br />and confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day of July, 1976. <br />J <br />M, .3 M.
